Lovely comfortable place to stay and will return in the spring or fall when I can enjoy the porch and outside sitting area. The location was great for working at the courthouse and seeing the historical parts of Edenton. I have stayed at many similar places around the world and the Granville Inn was as lovely or lovelier than any of them. The hosts were very gracious and seemed very concerned about me being comfortable. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and noise level was minimal.
Great hotel in a very walkable town that I would stay at again. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It was very easy to check in and contact the representative for any questions. The location was perfect, walkable to all the local shops and restaurants.
Staff friendly and accommodating. Beds so comfy. Felt like sleeping in a cozy cloud that hugged you. Pillows provided were both firm and soft to meet any need. Breakfast of French toast, sausage and pastry delicious. Will book again soon to explore all that Edenton has to offer.

My first experience in a bed and breakfast and I was nervous. The innkeeper was so friendly and welcoming. It didn't feel weird, it felt like I was taken back in time to a place where life is simple and there were no worries. Breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were exceptional. The home was decorated like a 1700s mansion and the rooms were so private and quiet. I cannot wait to go back again and again.
