• How long can I rent a TCE property?

  Our properties are available for rent as long as you need - whether that is a weekend away, a week with family or a month for a contract position, we have options for every traveler. Don't hesitate to contact us directly for more information and availability.

• Can you tell me more about check-in and the code I receive?

  Our properties are digital entry, so you will be able to access the building and your unit without having to directly interact with anyone. You will receive communication before check-in with your code and all of the information you need. We have staff available to contact at all times in case of issue!

• Are your rentals pet friendly?

  We have lots of dog friendly options that allow you to travel with your four legged family members, including Heron Sound and specific units at Main & Pine, Three Trails and 36 North. Check out our specific property listings for more information.

• Do your properties have private parking?

  All of our properties have parking available, more information on specifics per property will be shared with you along with your check-in information.

• Do you have recommendations for experiences and activities in the town my rental is located?

  Yes! And we love to share them - please feel free to contact us anytime for personalized recommendations. Each home/unit will also include information on all of our local favorites for experience, dining and more.

• How do I get more information on renting a TCE property for a corporate event or wedding block?
