The Carolina Experience was born from a simple idea: to bring people together in beautiful places across North Carolina. What started as one vacation rental has grown into a thoughtfully curated collection of unique stays that celebrate the charm, culture, and character of our state. From cozy cabins in the mountains to coastal escapes and everything in between, our mission is to create spaces where memories are made, stories are shared, and guests feel truly at home.

The Carolina Experience was born out of what we saw as a need in the short term rental industry. As travelers ourselves, we wanted to explore new places while having the tools we needed to work from anywhere, but most importantly we never wanted to question the level of hospitality to anticipate.
